Why GTMly exists
Through years of working with US recruiters, we noticed a pattern. Companies were increasingly open to hiring technical talent from India, but very few had explored hiring GTM talent from the same market - SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and RevOps professionals.

How candidates are hired

Employer of record (EOR): If you prefer not to manage contractor agreements or need a more structured arrangement, GTMly can serve as the employer of record.
