Why GTMly exists
Through years of working with US recruiters, we noticed a pattern. Companies were increasingly open to hiring technical talent from India (engineers, developers, data teams) but very few had explored hiring GTM talent from the same market. SDRs, account executives, customer success managers, RevOps professionals.
The reality is, India has a deep pool of experienced GTM professionals who have already worked with US companies, already sold to US buyers, and already know the tools and processes American teams use every day. They work US hours, communicate fluently in English, and bring years of relevant experience. They just need the right opportunity.

How candidates are hired
One of the biggest questions companies have is: how does the actual hiring work when the candidate is based in India? We've made this simple. GTMly handles the entire hiring logistics so you don't have to figure out cross-border employment on your own. There are two options:
Independent Contractor: The candidate works directly with your company as a contractor. GTMly handles the sourcing, vetting, and onboarding. You manage the day-to-day relationship. This is the fastest and most flexible option for most companies.
Employer of Record (EOR): If you prefer not to manage contractor agreements or need a more structured arrangement, GTMly can serve as the employer of record. We handle payroll, compliance, contracts, and all the administrative work. The candidate works with your team, but we take care of the employment side. No legal headaches, no compliance risk.
Either way, you get a fully onboarded GTM professional working US hours with your team, and none of the friction that usually comes with hiring internationally.
